Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 12, 2025
DXNBXN ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes mobile applications (the "apps") available on the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected or processed when you use our apps, how that information is used, where it is stored, and how you can contact us.
1. Summary — what you should know
We do not require you to create an account to use most of our apps and we do not directly collect personally identifying information (name, email, etc.) for core app functionality. However, our apps may include third-party services — notably advertising (for example, Google AdMob) and analytics/crash reporting (Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase) — that automatically collect certain device and usage information. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and may collect, store, and use data as described below.
2. Data collected by third parties (AdMob and Firebase)
The following describes typical categories of data that may be collected when third-party services are used in our apps. Exact collection details depend on the specific services and their configurations.
| Data type | Collected? | Shared with third parties? | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unique device identifiers (Advertising ID, device ID) | Yes (by ad & analytics SDKs) | Yes | Ad targeting, analytics, fraud prevention |
| Approximate location (country / city) | Possibly (approximate; only if allowed) | Yes | Ad localization and relevance |
| Usage data (session times, screens, in-app events) | Yes | Yes | Analytics, product improvement |
| Crash & performance data (stack traces, device model) | Yes (crash reporting) | Yes | Fixing crashes and improving app stability |
| IP address (may be processed) | Yes (by providers) | Yes | Geolocation / routing / fraud prevention for services |
Note: We don't collect or retain user names, email addresses, contact lists, photos, audio recordings, or payment information ourselves unless you explicitly provide them (for example, if you contact us and include personal details in that message). If you add features that collect personal data (accounts, cloud backup, payments), this policy will be updated.
3. Advertising (AdMob and similar networks)
Some DXNBXN apps display ads from third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. Ad networks may collect data to provide personalized ads (based on device identifiers, app usage, and inferred interests). AdMob and other third-party ad networks are responsible for their own data collection and choices. To learn about Google's data practices for ads, review:
4. Analytics & crash reporting (Firebase)
If Firebase is used, Google may collect analytics and crash data. Typical data includes device model, OS version, app version, event names (e.g., "level_completed"), and crash stack traces. Firebase links and details:
5. Data Safety — Google Play Data Safety guidance (summary)
For Google Play's Data Safety section, use the following as a reference. This is a general summary of the types of data that may be collected and whether they are shared with third parties:
| Category | Collected? | Shared? |
|---|---|---|
| Device or other IDs | Yes | Yes |
| App activity (how you use the app) | Yes | Yes |
| Location (approximate) | Possibly | Yes |
| Diagnostics (crash data) | Yes | Yes |
| Personal info (name, email) | No (unless you provide it) | No |
When completing Google Play's Data Safety form, choose the options that match the SDKs and services you actually include (for example: AdMob → "Advertising or marketing", Firebase Analytics → "Analytics and crash reporting"). This policy should be kept in sync with what you declare to Google Play.
6. Opt-out and managing ad personalization
You can limit ad personalization and reset or disable the Advertising ID in your device settings. For Google-specific controls:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → opt out of Ads Personalization / reset advertising ID.
- Visit Google's ad settings: https://adssettings.google.com.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data handled by our apps. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure—so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention
We do not store personal data ourselves for app usage. Data collected by third parties (ads, analytics) is retained according to those providers' retention policies. If you request deletion of personal data we've directly collected (for example, via email), we will process that request as described below.
9. Children's privacy
Our apps are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through our apps, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. International transfers
Third-party providers (including Google) may transfer and process data in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe the legal mechanisms they use to protect data in cross-border transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page for updates.
12. Contact
If you have questions, requests, or want to request deletion of data you provided directly to us, contact:
